Baking and cake decorating have always been a hobby to me. However, I have recently decided that I want to take this more seriously. I am now attending a culinary school to further enhance my knowledge and skills in this industry. Hopefully by 2009 I'll be able to do this professionally, and not just as a hobby ^_^.
